By themselves, Nit Grit and Stephen Jacobs are both well respected producers of high quality bass music, but when they band together they form -- Pizza Party! First debuting their brand of meaty, cheesy bass with a self-titled EP in June of 2011, Pizza Party has refined their game and is set to release a new EP -- Deep Dish -- tomorrow (Jan. 17). Anticipating the release, Grit and Jacobs have been nice enough to preview a second track off Deep Dish titled Game Over. As to be expected, the new track is an explosion of melodic synths, grinding basslines, glitches and powerful drums that will get you ragin'. I've had a vendetta against throaty bass for almost a year, but this song makes me love it all over again. Expect coverage of the full release tomorrow.
