Today I've got a sick EP minimix from two of the most under-appreciated producers I know - Frequent C and The Candyman. These Colorado based musicians birthed the collaborative project Crushendo that offers a bass filled sound drawing influence from a wide range of genres. With jazz inspired melodies, sub-bangin' bass, hip - hop acapellas and glitchy samples galore some may class their music Hip - Hop Dubstep, but they prefer to call it Intelligent Bass Music. This mix, which contains previews of all the tracks on their Drop Logic EP (Forthcoming Feb 15th on Simplify Recordings), maintains the same style as their incredible Living Dreams EP and takes the production to an even high standard.
